I liked the art direction of a certain video game, so I thought that I should try something like it for myself.
For those of you that are thinking of ever using Bob Ross's Liquid White, let me tell you: that stuff is hardcore. It took me three to five times more paint to get that shade of darkness than it usually does. Also, the cleanup is insane. Half an hour of using powerful solvents to get the paint off can't be good for my brushes. I'm sticking to water-soluble oils from now on. |
